Uses
The Mechanical-Set Liner Hangers are used to suspend cemented and uncemented liners off bottom.
The Mechanical-Set Liner Hanger is set by picking up on the liner and rotating to disengage the J-slot.
Features
1. Alloy steel made to tools is high grade,so that the tools can have high machanical strength and hang heavier lines.
2. The tools are set by picking up on the liner and rotating to disengage the J-slot.
3. The plug and the seat which contain a reliable lock-ring are easily drilled out.
4. The core for sealing can be lifted out of the well followed (with) the setting tool.
5. The assembly for sealing which is made by many groups of sealed parts have function of both-way sealing and have effect of good sealing.
6. The Mechanical-Set Liner hanger is fixed centralizer top and bottom which can hold the tool centered to put up setting speed as well as protect slips.
7. Without seeking pressure-balance point, only with 10000 to 20000 pounds of drill pipe weight on the setting nut housing, 15 to 20 right-hand turns will release the setting tool from the liner.
