Main features:
This kind of pumping unit adopts symmetrical sheave structure. Work over operation can be carried out by simply removing the carrier bar beam. The small sheave is connected with the crank pin through wire line and crossbeam does not need. The small sheave is designed as an involute shape and the big sheave is designed as a circular shape. During each stroke, the variation principle of the sheave radius ratio is incompliance completely with that of the polished rod load. Thus the peak torque of the reducer output shaft is lowered and energy saved.
Accordance with API SPEC 11E standard, and have the certificate of authority to use the official API monogram.
