Main features:
This kind of pumping unit is designed based on the conventional pumping units. Rear part of the walking beam has a special curve shape and flexible connection is adopted between walking beam and cross beam. Thus lengths of the walking beam rear part and the pitman arm will change along with the variation of the crank position. As a result, the torque factor principle is changed, balance performance improved and energy consumption of the whole unit greatly saved. To compare with the conventional ones, double horse head pumping units can save energy at about 25%.
Accordance with API SPEC 11E standard, and have the certificate of authority to use the official API monogram.
